Today was just a quiet day. No one was poking at his eyes today. He hasn't pooped in a while, but that can be normal for babies getting breastmilk.
He bradied again when we were giving him his 12:00p bottle. We are getting a little more used to that. I took the bottle out when it sounded like he was having trouble swallowing. Shortly after that, he coughed and his heart rate dropped. It never went much below 90 bpm, and his color never changed, so we just stopped the bottle and finished the feeding through the tube.
They also gave him his 3:00p feeding through the tube. At 6:00 we figured we would just try breast feeding since he wasn't really awake, so he wouldn't do well with the bottle. At this point, breast feeding is more for the experience than for nutrition, so we decided it would be a good time for him to try again.
Otherwise, just a nice quite day.
